1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• For Item to return ,customer should contact support@rebeldrapes.com within 7days from the date of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact.

• Certain items such as intimates, accessories, or sale/discounted items may not be eligible for return or exchange (unless defective).

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, contact us at support@rebeldrapes.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once approved, our team will guide you on how to ship the product back.

• Return shipping charges will be applicable unless the item is defective or wrongly delivered.

3. Exchange Process

• Exchanges are allowed for Size or Defective product  only (subject to stock availability).

• If the requested exchange product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

• Exchange requests must be initiated within the same 7 days return window.

4. Refunds

• Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.

• Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment only.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting images.

• We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.

1. Order Cancellations by Customer

• You may request to cancel your order within 1 day /24 hours of purchase or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

• To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@rebeldrapes.com with your order number.

• If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be possible.

2. Automatic Cancellations

Your order may be cancelled automatically in the following cases:

• If payment is not received or declined by the payment gateway.

• If the product is unavailable or out of stock.

• If the shipping address provided is invalid or incomplete.

3. Refund for Cancellations

• Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

4. Modifications to Orders

• Once an order is placed, changes to size, color, or delivery address are possible only before dispatch.
