1. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across all major cities in India.

• International shipping may be introduced soon; please stay updated through our website.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery within India: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Metro cities may receive faster delivery, while remote areas may take longer.

• Delivery estimates may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions, or government restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders .
  

• COD (Cash on Delivery), if offered, may include additional charges of rupees 99.00 per shipment.

• Express Delivery is available for selected cities ,expected delivery in 2-3 days for a nominal charge of Rupees 99.00 per shipment.
• Same Day Delivery is available for selected cities (KOLKATA city areas) for nomial charge for rupees 199.00 per shipment.

5. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details.

• You can track your order status directly through our website or courier partner’s portal.

6. Failed Delivery / Wrong Address

• Please ensure the shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

• Rebel Drapes will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or if the recipient is unavailable.

• In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery attempt.

• We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.
