Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

At Rebel Drapes, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle deliveries.

1. Shipping Locations:- We currently ship across all major cities in India. International shipping may be introduced soon; please stay updated through our website.

2. Processing Time:- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time:- Standard delivery within India: 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities may receive faster delivery, while remote areas may take longer. Delivery estimates may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions, or government restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges:- Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders .

COD (Cash on Delivery):- if offered, may include additional charges of rupees 99.00 per shipment.

Express Delivery:- is available for selected cities ,expected delivery in 2-3 days for a nominal charge of Rupees 99.00 per shipment.

Same Day Delivery:- is available for selected cities (KOLKATA city areas) for nomial charge for rupees 199.00 per shipment.

5. Order Tracking:- Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your order status directly through our website or courier partner’s portal.

6. Failed Delivery / Wrong Address:- Please ensure the shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order. Rebel Drapes will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or if the recipient is unavailable. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages:- If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery attempt. We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.
